This policy explains how Remote Accountant, a trading name of Practice Hub London Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company number 17371465), handles your personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We are the data controller.

When you contact us or book a call we collect the details you provide: your name, practice or company name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, your chosen call date and time, and any message or notes. When you use the website we may also collect standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type via essential cookies and server logs.
How we use your information
We use your data to respond to enquiries, arrange and hold discovery calls, provide and manage our outsourced accounting services, and keep records of our dealings with you. Our lawful bases are your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and marketing our services, and where relevant the performance of a contract.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business (for example email, hosting and IT providers), all bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and where we are required to by law.
International transfers
We operate from offices in the UK and Pakistan. Where data is processed outside the UK, we put appropriate safeguards in place (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability.
